Has anyone had problems importing a Palm address book to Outlook?
I go into Palm Desktop and export the whole address book - I have tried comma del, tab del, .csv and .xls.

When I go to import it to Outlook it goes through all until I reach the "Import a File" box:
At this time it tells me that it is going to "Import ADDR.TXT to Contacts Folder".
I cannot "Map Custom Fields" because it is grayed out.
I can "Change the Destination"
The only other 2 options are "Back" & "Cancel" - "Next" is grayed out.

As a Newbie with about 600 contacts in the Palm I would appreciate any help/guidance I can get.
