You can set the port numbers as a suffix on the addresses (URL) using a colon. For example:

pop.domain.com:110
smtp.domain.com:25

Or for the port numbers "alert5" indicated:

mail.attbi.com:995 (if this is the correct URL for incoming mail)
smtp.attbi.com:465 (if this is the correct URL for outgoing mail)
