SD Memory Speed

Has anyone found a good deal on 128MB or higher SD Memory that is also high speed? No one talks about the speed of the memory that they are selling. Actually I was surprised that no one on this site even talks about memory speeds. (At least I couldn't find anything with the quick search)

I found this on Lexar memory:

Lexar Media Inc. (Nasdaq: LEXR), a leading designer, developer and marketer of award-winning high-performance digital media and accessory products, announces that the company will extend its rigorous X-speed rating standard to Secure Digital flash memory. The new High-Speed Secure Digital products are speed rated at 32X and are available in 256MB and 512MB capacities. 32X speed is capable of a minimum sustained write speed of 4.8MB/s, with 1X equal to 150Kb/s.

The last thing I need is slow memory, especially when you can usually get the good stuff for a few dollars more. I am going to scour the web tonight for some deals, but in the meantime if anyone has any recomendations please let me know.
