belugamany, as you read in dialdn's thread, the same thing happened to me too. I called Dell yesterday and they told me it would take 7 business days!!! Hope yours comes sooner!
I have yet to try out my Axim as it turned out that the power cords I had from my laptops did not fit. I just got a new scanner today, so I will try that one!
