I initially tried Pumatech Intellisync, but it was far from good. You can purchase it online for $70.00. I returned it and then purchased Commontime's mNotes. mNotes is a synch application written from the Notes perspective. It drops a Notes configuration database in your Notes Data directory and is infinitely more configurable than Intellisync. It works flawlessly, plus I can get it to work from different user profiles on my laptop (I log into different customer sites). Intellisync does not sync your Notes whereas mNotes synchs them with a journal database in Lotus Notes (the way my old Palm used to). mNotes sells for about $70 bucks as well.

If you are a Lotus Notes user, mNotes is the tool you should be using. It is written with the Notes C APIs, fully syncs everything, properly handles repeat events and is highly configurable.
