No Support After Sales in UK - replacement
I want to replace my Axim.
I have tried to phone the customer support line for so many times and select customer care/technical support and have tried any option that is available, or even redirect by customer care, then I will be informed that I have reaced a pocket pc que.
Once I read the service tag to them, almost everytime, they will said that you have reaced the wrong que and said 'May I take a number from you so that I can arrange a person to call you' and they will never call back.
I have a feeling that those answer the calls are Robot!!!
Anyone can tell me how to get the correct line for hardware replacement?
