by the way, if you want an easy way to add/change categories for Outlook items...

click View | Current View | By Category

then you can maximize/minimize your category groups just like folders in Win. Explorer. just drag and drop items into different categories (this will add the new category, I'm pretty sure you must delete categories manually)
