After UNinstall, go back into File Explorer and RENAME those three Files. Just add OLD immediately after .dll. This way you can go back and RErename them back, if you need to.
I ran into the same problem when updating Stocks & Weather, had one .dll that prevented the update and I couldn't delete it, but could rename it and therefore the update ignored it. I used Resco File Explorer, not sure if the OEM Explorer will work.......never used it.
Of course, you should do a
Complete BackUp before attempting this, as you don't say if these particular files are directly related to Battery Pak, or not.
