I ordered my Axim X5 a few weeks ago and it was supposed to have come with the free Atari Retro card. However, when it arrived, no game card !! :(

I also had a missing AC adapter cable, so I got on the online support chat. At first the support rep tried to tell me I didn't really have the AC adapter and didn't need a cord, and there weren't any promos for the day I ordered my Axim.

I finally convinced him that, yes I DID have an AC adapter and he would send me a cable. I also griped extensively about not getting the game card, and the guy finally said "How about if I issue you a coupon for $35 towards a purchase?" I said ok and there was a long wait. Finally he came back and said, "I don't have a coupon for $35.00, so I initiated one for $75. Is that okay?" :) :) :)

Screw the game card, I got 256 SD memory and the radio card !!
