You can not rely on the online status report. It gives you an idea where your unit is at but is not very accurate. My unit had an eta of dec 31 but got it dec 24. At one point it was stuck at getting ready to ship out but didn't move a bit for the next two days and then all of a sudden it said it was at Purolator Canada.
Check where it's at in the Shipped status. If it's at Purolator or UPS then you'll probably get it the next day.
The product is great. No complaints so far.
