The package option is for packaging your themes into .xui files. The way it works is quite simple. Just select package on the startmenu in PPX and this explorer style window will appear. This is the one where you select the theme that you'd like to package.
Simply browse through your folders on your Pocket PC and locate the folder that contains your theme and tap on the folder to highlight it, then tap on the ok button on your taskbar. In this example i've chosen my Illyria theme's folder.
