Thank you Gigi... that's what I've tried to do, so sounds like I am on the right track. I didn't know about the fewer cycles on the storage memory though, and I'm wondering if I ought to wipe and reload once more and not put anything there.
In Built-In Storage, I have Adobe Acrobat Reader, Pocket Mechanic, AIM, Total Commander, Pocket Nester, and Macromedia Flash.
In Main Memory, I have updated Microsoft Reader, RegKing 2003, updated MSN Messenger, NetFront, Pocket e-Sword, WinamPAQ and WISBar Advanced. The NES, Music and Bible files are stored on a 256MB Kingston SD chip, and I have a 256MB CF module which is currently empty
The above configuration leaves me 18MB free in Program and 14 mb free in storage.
This seems to be stable and complete for my needs.
