I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Resco explorer, the weird thing is when i run the C:\Program Files\Resco\Pocket Encryption\RSendToU.exe file file in command prompt it works fine. When i try to use it through windows explorer or on desktop, nothing. I have been contacting Resco support and they havnt helped yet. I really think it is an issue with how Resco interacts with Windows 2000 some how. I would love to hear how it works on another windows 2000 machine.
