Papa Bear,
Thanks for your response. I'm going to contact Charter regarding Dial up. That's frustrating they told me something else. I have no problem connecting to the internet via MSN but I would certainly like to dial up using a 800 number thus if I'm in hotels, etc it's a whole lot less expensive.

As for the NIC card, I'm not familiar with that, could you please explain more to me.
