I was wondering the same thing. I hit the X to close the program and I go back to the desktop but the doggone thing is still running. When I select Exit All Programs, I usually get an error if I have used Active Synch recently since it stops responding.

I'd love to hear a good answer on that -- hopefully even a solution!
