I just returned my 256 meg Sandisk SD card today. It got corrupted almost daily and no tools I tried could fix it. I agree that Buy.com really makes it easy to return. I will continue using Buy.com just because of their return system. However, I will never buy Sandisk again!
I picked up a Lexar card today and it feels way faster than the Sandisk card.
