Yes... I removed the main battery every time before I tried. My wife also helped me getting all the buttons pressed at the same time but my f.... Axim always boots into the blue DELL screen.
I already ordered a new PDA - ASUS A716 because I really need it every day - but this dell thing sucks.
Since there seem to be some more people getting stuck exactly at the 3/12 point... I think this is a general DELL problem.
FYE... did you read my post on the dell forum... the dell guy said they don't have the unpacked ROM files :crooked: (sure, they somehow packed semselves into the IMG file) and I should do a hard reset before I try to update... it would run better on a clean device
This guy even didn't read that my device is already dead... Great service but as always... you get what you pay for
