ebooks are just documents, so they don't install. You always need to copy them over. Any time you don't actually choose where you're going to save one when downloading it it will go to My Library. Yah, and especially if you don't happen to know the name of document that was just downloaded. This was doubly-true when every other ebook document I've ever loaded either presented a list of documents with full instructions, or performed the transfer automatically.
