Heya guys,

I bought a used X5 that seems to have a problem with it's backup battery. I have tried 3 known-good batteries in the backup battery slot without success. When I say I have had no success, I mean that the power meter says 0% no matter what I do. Do I have to hard reset the device to make it see the new battery?
