cant you make a new backup...if you still have your old axim, you should be able to just make a new back up, preferably using your computer, active sync will let you make backups. Then, restore it from that. However, and more likely, dell made you do a hard reset. Try the CF back up in your old axim just to make sure. Just so you know, if htey had sent it to you with 2k3, your backup would not have worked at all.
