I already did explain this in my earlier post, here it goes again- use either Cnetx's Flash Format or SoftWinterTool's Storage Tools and format using FAT32, 512 bytes cluster size, and check back-up FAT. That will eliminate any problems and also provide better space utilization, too. Cnetx's Flash Format will alow you to Fomat using FAT32 but only offers 4k cluster size as its smallest cluster size option. It is not as good as Storage Tools in this case. Thanks. :)
