It should be on your Today Screen if it's MS Theme Switcher. Just tap the options button and check the disable check box (TRHS).
If you want to remove it from the Today Screen (without uninstalling) go via the Settings option in the Start Menu.
If all else fails, look in Add/Remove Programs [sic] in Avtivesync.
