Syncing with to PCs is not a problem. You just have to remember that the PPC will but the data from each Outlook into the other one. I sync with my PC at the office and my PC at home. I have active sync set to not pull off my e-mails from my home PC since I would not want any inappropriate items or jokes ending up on the office PC.
