Welcome aboard

Hey Nickmon -

Here are a couple of answers... you use Activesync to transfer files between your Axim and your desktop. Activesync 3.6 is included on your PocketPC disk. Microsoft Outlook is the Contact Manager that I utilize between my PDA and computer.

The main items you sync are your Calendar, Contacts, Tasks, Notes, and your web favorites. I also sync Microsoft Money, certain documents, and AvantGO (which is downloaded web content).

Bluetooth is not needed for syncing. Although, I am pretty sure it is possible to sync through a Bluetooth connection.

One use of an expansion card is extra storage. I use my expansion cards to store MP3 files and such.

Hope that helps.
