Mobility Site - View Single Post - Can I change the color of the text on my Today screen?

I am trying to change the color of the text on today screen so that when I put a picture on there as a wallpaper I can see the today screen text. I find it difficult to see when I put a bright picture there and would love to change the text to black or blue or yellow or whatever so I can see it.

It's a really petty thing but I would love to be able to do it...
