Depends on how your user in Windows is setup:
I log into my Laptop as Administrator, so I would see a Startup folder in:
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
Also there is the All users folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
And Default user:
C:\Documents and Settings\Default User\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
Check them all.
