Thank you all for your quick responses.

Notice "you" and "all" are seperate words (I'm a northerner :D )

All fixed, I did a quick restore of C: Word and Excel worked. I then installed Outlook from my original Office 2000 cd and checked and Word and Excel were still working. Rebooted and installed ActiveSync and everything is working fine.

AGAIN! What a great group, quick responses and no put downs!
