I don't think any body here would say Dell tech people are truly on the ball. I do admit that I got more useful information from the US tech support than the India support. What we all have to understand is that when you ask a tech question to most support units they use a search engine and pull up a possible match which is like a script in a play. This has been shown to work in 80% of the situations. But when they can't answer the question they refer to the hard-reset cure, which is not the answer to most problems.
