That's why Dell's decision is questionable. There are a lot of people, including myself, who are not going to shell out several hundred dollars for a new PDA, but would pay happily $30-50 for an OS upgrade. Besides, denying upgrades will make customers look at other brands when their next PDA purchase is due.
