Mobility Site - View Single Post - Any way to view/extract files from STG backup images?

Does anyone know of a way to view and extract files from the .stg backup image files that are created using Activesync?
I had a Casio BE-300 where files could be extracted using WinImage on .bin files but WinImage doesn't work with the .stg files.
