Mobility Site - View Single Post - Does a Landscape/Portrait switcher Utility exist?

I often switch to Landscape mode especially when browsing the web. Does anybody know of a small utility that could toggle between Portrait and Landscape mode in maybe the upper task bar or an executable that can be mapped to a button?
