The help button doesn't work with any app.. All the files you mentioned are on my ax and I can start help with the Omega One Battery bar and then tap view\all installed help, this brings up the help contents.
I wonder if the battery bar is the cause of the problem. I think I may do a hard reset
and see if this corrects the problem.
