Well, on a desktop you need Quicktime.
On your Axim, you'll need to convert it into something else, as there is currently no Quicktime player for the Pocket PC.

Quicktime Pro ($29.95 from Apple) can convert your .movs into MPEGs.

Google "mov2avi" for programs that can convert to... you guessed it... AVI to view in programs like PocketMVP.
