Do you have a SanDisk SD card? I ran into the same problem and it turned out to be the 256mb SanDisk card that I was using. Many people here have listed numerous problems with these cards corrupting data. Once I replaced the card with a different brand it worked fine. The other thing to try is after you move the folder to the SD card, launch the activesync window on your PC (with your axim in the cradle), right click on the "AvantGo Connect" listing in the "information type" column and select settings. On the settings page, select properties. About two-thirds of the way down is a box that says "refresh all content at next sync". Check this box then close all the windows and click on "sync" from the main activesync window. Good luck
