It says there are not puctures there because the default folder it is looking in is your Built-In Storage. Open Resco Picture Viewer and select Tools > Settings. Change the name in the field stah is marked "Flash Card Folder" from Built-In Storage to either SD Card or CF Card, whichever one your pictures are on. Tap OK, and when you press the Browse CF Card button, it will be looking in the right place.
Using Browse Folder and this setting, you should be able to get to any pictures on your storage cards.
