On my previous PDA (a Palm) there was always an icon for battery status visible.

On my new Axim X3 I have to go to Settings and Battery to see the battery indicator, or I have to tap the time once, then I get a balloon indicating the next appointment and a kind of battery icon.

Is there a way (or (free?) programme) to have an icon of the battery status, for example in the bar where Start, the time and volume icon are located?
