make sure if u do go that *other* route that u dont mention any specifics, or ask where to find any roms on this site.

and reese, im not saying i dont agree with you, but all the rom sites say that. they are just doing that so if they do get sued its not as severe. i have been told by many governmental people that even tho the roms site say that, it is still illegal, though barely

i think it was howard2k who provided a pretty insightful look into the true legality of downloading roms a while back, but im not sure
