1. Axim X30(wireless, 192.168.1.102) and Inspiron 600m(wired, 192.168.1.101) via a router(ip sharer) supporting wireless.

2. Axim X30 connects to internet(a bit slow though).

3. Ping from Axim X30 to laptop works okay(less than 5ms it says).

4. Ping from laptop to X30 barely works. Usually only the first ping after some network setting changes.

ActiveSync doesn't work in this case(I'm using PocketHosts and in the ActiveSync option, 'Maintain connection' is on).

5. If I go to Dell WLAN Utility, let the Link Test go on and ping from laptop to X30, ping works much better(9 out of 10 times).

ActiveSync also works now(as long as the Link Test is going on).

6. I guess it's due to the power management option of Dell WLAN Utility, but I can't turn it off!

How can I solve this problem?
