I think it´s pretty worthy. Mine is set up to backup to my pc at a daily basis. I keep the most recent backup´s and when a bigger change in setup i keep it as a milestone. It´s also nice to have a backup on the pc in case your PPC get´s lost or stolen and in that casse your memory card will propably be the same place as the PPC :)
