I think I want to do a soft reset because my X30 says that my allocated program memory is using 13GB when I don't have any programs running or installed. I deleted everything from the temporary files and cookies, but it's not at its original 7-8MB program memory.

Sorry if this sounds really obvious, but do I need to have the X30 on while I do a soft reset?
