A little unsure on this - most of those out there are low-res toys. For that, it might be best to get the camera in the mobile phone. Or on its own.

And for a serious hi-res camera, with the pace of change it might be best to keep it separate from the PDA.

For me, I would buy one to go into the Axim if it was reasonably adaptable - in particular, readable photos of paper documents would be good. Particularly if I could then run them straight through the transcriber.
