I'm pretty impressed with eCosts' shipping department. I ordered on Mar11, and they sent a tracking number on Mar13 stating that it has already crossed the boarder! So it's only up to CanadaPost to get it to my doorsteps. This is how Sena should conduct their shipping -- despite the fact that 'Frank' claimed that they'd ship my case out on Feb28 (which I'm still waiting for)
