Had my Sandisk 128 Mb SD card for about a week. Seemed to be working fine. Then, when I started copying some more mp3 files to the card, it crapped out on me....filled with empty directories. Then when I turned off the Axim, and turned it back on, it wanted to reformat it. I accepted, and it seemed to be working fine again for a couple of day. Then, while copying some more files to the card, it happened again. This time I reformatted with another card utility, and attempted to copy files to it again. And yet again, it failed. I returned the card to Staples, and bought a PNY card from Best Buy, and have never had a problem since.

All this too bad really, as I have always had fairly good luck with Sandisk cards. I'm not convinced it is completely Sandisks fault. But if switching the brand of card solves the problem, then that is the way it has to be.
