For my use I'm using the Sony earplugs which cost about $9.99 at Best Buy. The two things I like about this ear plugs is that the Bass sounds good and it is compact and comes with a carrying case that is self contained which means that you install your ear plugs in the case and start winding the knob and it will coil the ear plugs wire into a little case the size of about 3 inches by 3/4 inch depth.Great for using at the gym when riding the bike or situps.
