I called just now and the service people at Belkin told me that my case is shipping some time in the next few hours today, and this is without any persistence on my part, so I think everyone who already ordered will be getting theirs soon as well.

[COLOR=blue]The shipping date is not April 23 anymore![/COLOR] :D
