Ref. loss of calendar reminders in 2003

Microsoft KB says they acknowledge the problem [Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 830768 ].

I cannot find the fix which is stated as:
Hotfix Information
A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft as Windows CE 4.2 Core OS QFE 031022_KB830768. To resolve this problem immediately, search for the keyword "QFE" on the following Microsoft Web site:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/

Anybody else figure this out?
