You are right Snickerdo... I used a SanDisk compact flash heavily for about three years in my camera without a problem then gave the camera to a friend who is still using it today in his business. There seems to have been some problems using "some" of the SanDisk branded SD's in the Axim PDA's. Maybe it's a problem on SanDisk's production line that affected only a certain number of sd's or perhaps it's a hiccup in the Axim. When I ordered my sd the other day I purposely didn't order a SanDisk but instead ordered a Lexar. I would have preferred a SanDisk because they were cheaper but decided to go Lexar to avoid a "potential" problem. If I had a SanDisk sd that was working fine, I sure wouldn't get rid of it though. One bad apple on the tree doesn't mean all the apples are bad. Now if those 512 MB sd's will just come down to $35 we'll be in business. ;)
