Oh great ones,
my Axim sync problem is I can't seem to get my Contacts to sync.... here's what I get: Files synchronized
Contacts See Status on device
:(
The sync status says:
"Synchronize with Exchange Server
Errors: <date & time>"
Then I click on Errors and it says, "The connection failed due to missing server information ... blah, blah... Then, tap Advanced to verify that your user credentials are correct and try again. Error code: DEV_9"
I have Outlook installed on my computer, but don't use it for anything. Should I re-install it?
Also, on my main Sync Options tab there isn't a box to check for my contacts like all the other categories... something seems amiss.
I don't have my user's guide yet (don't ask) so I haven't been able to go through any troubleshooting except what's located on the MS ActiveSync Help menu.
