I backup on my SD card periodically and whenever I install new programs. I just put it on my 512 MB card. Right now it only takes up about 8 MB. As I add more programs it will take up more and more room. I guess at most it will take up 64 MB on a X30 with 64 MB of RAM. How big should you get? A 64 would probably be ok unless you wanted to save multiple backups on one card.
