My personal favorite System/Battery/Memory Monitor is PocketMon from
Sprite Software. This comes free as part of Sprite Backup Premium Edition (Sprite Backup is a "Must have" utility if you don't already have it). But PocketMon is available separately for $2 or $3.

But these programs are very subjective and many are feeware - like BattMemTime and Battery Bar. Those that are not free have trial versions, so try them all out and see which suits you best.
